Harvest Spring Retreat 2010
Mark your calendars! Spring Retreat will be held during May 21-23 at Pine Valley Christian Conference Center. Our speaker Jeff Roets will be speaking on “Living In the Will of God”. Registration forms are now available at the welcoming table at church and right below. Register early! Deadline is May 9th. Turn in forms (with checks payable to EFCSD) to Kim Chia or Eunice Li.
The Weather
The weather looks like it will be mid to high 60s during the day, low 40s at night. It will get chilly at night, so please pack accordingly!
What to Bring
Here is a little checklist of things to bring to retreat:
- cash/checkbook if you have NOT yet paid for retreat, cash for chipping in for gas/retreat activities
- Bible/journal
- pen/pencil
- sleeping bag
- pillow
- jacket, warm clothes for night
- hair dryer
- sunscreen
- flashlight
- toiletries: soap, shampoo, toothbrush/paste, towels, contacts/glasses, etc.
- free time items
- medications (if needed)
- alarm clock
- cameras

Stuff to do
- Paintball – 2 sessions on Saturday, 1 PM and 3 PM each time is approx. 1.5 hrs, $15/person. They can accommodate 34 persons/session.
- Rope Course – 2 sessions on Saturday, 1 PM and 3 PM each time is approx. 1.5 hrs, $15/person. They can accommodate 12 persons/session.
- Archery – FREE
- Disk Golf (Frisbee) – $5 deposit, you can bring your own frisbee
- Volleyball – full court, you can bring your own ball
- Basketball – full court
- Bocce Ball - PVBC can set it up outside of the office area
Item 1 and 2 participants must sign the release forms. Forms can be downloaded from PVBC website. Release forms.
Minors need to get their parents signatures ahead of time if they are not accompanied by them on this retreat.
